"About Us". Hello, my name is Elizabeth, and along
with David we are your hosts for the Breast Cancer Support site.
We are not physicians, although, have advanced degrees in chemistry.
Survivors come to our site for support, information and to find
someone who might have the same diagnosis as themselves. Our
general board, the Meeting Place for Survivors is our main board,
where we try to limit our posts to general remarks about breast
cancer. Dory's board (green) is a place where you might find
yourself laughing and crying, as it is for other than just breast
cancer posts. We have about ten other specific boards regarding
surgery, chemo, recurrence, genetics, young survivors, lympho.,
success, children with cancer, men with breast cancer, etc. Please
visit all the boards for specific questions under a particular
topic.
If you are a student from
grammer school through post-graduate, or doing a pharmaceutical
survey, do not leave info regarding your survey on our various
boards. However, you may leave any school survey, or pharmecutical
survey on our Announcement board.
We are a legal
non-profit organization and our site runs on contributions from
our members. Without your financial support the site could not
operate. We are a 501(c)(3) organization. All donations go towards
the paying for services that we use to operate the site. To send
